It is with great enthusiasm that I invite you to the 1st World Conference of Computational Neurosurgery, a landmark event and the first of its kind in the world. For the very first time, a global forum will be dedicated exclusively to exploring the transformative advances of artificial intelligence and computational applications in neurosurgery

This unprecedented conference will unite thought leaders, innovators, and practitioners across all neurosurgical sub-disciplines, as well as experts in related fields. The program will range from clinical applications to computational modelling, robotics, brain–machine interfaces, neuroradiomics, digital neuropathology, and beyond—while also addressing the critical domains of neuro-ethics, neuro-law, and neuro-philosophy. The meeting will culminate in the Declaration of Sydney, establishing the ethical principles of computational neurosurgery.

The aim of this conference is not only to showcase progress, but also to foster cross-pollinating dialogue among neurosurgeons, computer scientists, engineers, mathematicians, ethicists, and policymakers. By uniting diverse expertise, we aspire to shape the future of our discipline in an open, forward-looking, and ethically grounded way.

I warmly invite you to join us for this world premiere in the beautiful city of Sydney, Australia, and to take part in a vibrant brainstorming experience that will help define the future of computational neurosurgery.

I look forward to welcoming you to this historic gathering.
